Innoline® Riser Fan Coil units provide heating and cooling without water control valves. Two Pipe (Heat/Cool, Heat Only and Cool Only) and Four Pipe configurations operate as part of a Centralized Heating and Cooling System.

- The purpose of vertical stack equipment is to simplify field installation. Equipment includes custom cabinets, custom risers and custom controls, integral condensate pumps, and protective air covers to guard against construction debris.

- The riser fan coil aids in humidity control in active and passive roles. In the active role, excess room moisture is removed when air passes through four rows of coil. In the passive role, the system doesn’t allow moisture to re-evaporate into the living space, which would otherwise create a cold and clammy condition.
Variable Speed Pumps
- Part load controls can reduce system pump flow. The riser fan coil is designed to provide 90% of cataloged capacity when system flow is reduced by 50%.
- During part-load conditions, cooling capacity may improve in individual fan coils.
- The Whalen System is designed to operate at a 50% reduction in pump flow whenever there is a 50% or lower part load requirement.
- This system also provides for system redundancy at the pumps and terminal equipment.
